- Meatloaf
2/3 c milk
1 c breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 c green olives, chopped (didn’t try this last time)
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp honey mustard
1/4 c ketchup
Adobo seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Glaze
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp honey mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease loaf pan or baking dish or line with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and gently mix until combined thoroughly.
- Press the meat mixture into the loaf pan or baking dish.
- For the glaze, whisk all ingredients in a bowl until mixed thoroughly. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
