Ingredients
6 onions
3 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 stalk celery
36 tomatoes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cloves
1 tsbp nutmeg
3 tbsp salt
3 cups vinegar
5 cups sugar[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Directions
In food processor, chop onions, green and red peppers, and celery. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick (about 3 hours).
