1 bag hash browns, thawed
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp minced onion
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2+ cups shredded sharp cheddar
Directions
- Thaw hash browns on counter for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, stir together hash browns, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
- Add butter, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat.
- Stir in shredded cheese.
- Add to 9×13 pan and bake for 40-50 minutes (until golden brown).
