Orange Snowflake Cake

Ingredients

11 oz mandarin oranges in lite syrup (do not drain)
2 tbsp canola oil[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]FROSTING:
8 oz cool whip, thawed
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small box vanilla pudding

GARNISH:
Coconut[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13″ x 9″ baking dish. Beat cake mix, oranges, and oil for 2 minutes. Bake for 22-30 minutes.

Whip topping ingredients together with electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Cool cake completely before frosting. After frosting, top with coconut and refrigerate.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
