Bre’s Bok Choy

My younger sister made this when she visited us in Florida, so I asked her later for the recipe because it was delicious. Mix with cooked rice and bacon for a full entree!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon juice

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Bok choy

Directions

  • Thoroughly wash bok choy.
  • Season with olive oil, salt, pepper.
  • Cook seasoned bok choy on the stove over high heat until white parts are tender and leaves appear wilty.
  • Remove from stove and chop into smaller pieces. Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
