Directions
- Thoroughly wash bok choy.
- Season with olive oil, salt, pepper.
- Cook seasoned bok choy on the stove over high heat until white parts are tender and leaves appear wilty.
- Remove from stove and chop into smaller pieces. Add lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
