3/4 c Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c soy sauce (mine was low sodium)
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsps black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes

- Whisk Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, liquid smoke, honey, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and onion powder together in a bowl. Add beef (thinly sliced) to bowl and turn to coat beef completely. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator (at least 3 hours or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 175° F (80° C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack over the foil.
- Transfer beef to paper towels to dry. Discard marinade. Arrange beef slices in a single layer on the prepared wire rack on the baking sheet.
- Bake beef in preheated oven until dry and leathery, 3.5 to 4 hours.
