Ingredients
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cornstarch and cold water. Add boiling water and cook until thick and clear. Let cool.
Beat eggs until stiff, then add salt, sugar, and vanilla. Beat mixture. Slowly add cornstarch mixture and beat thoroughly. Put topping on pie and bake until golden brown.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
